Welcome to Mayfest 2013, our sixth springtime festival of world-class chamber music in Ithaca with concerts in Cornell’s Barnes Hall and Milstein Hall, as well as the nearby Hayloft of the Carriage House Café. This year, in addition to hearing some of your favorite local musicians, we welcome six international guests to celebrate our six years: violinist Tatiana Samouil (Belgium), violist Natalia Tchitch (Russia/Spain), cellist Pavel Gomiakov (Portugal), flutist Eyal Ein-Habar (Israel), bass Alexander Vassiliev (Germany), and horn player Chezi Nir (Israel).
